LE RÔLE

Superviser la gestion des navires affrétés.

RESPONSABILITÉS

1. Suivi de l'entretien des navires par le gestionnaire de navires tiers:
Contrôler la conformité et la performance des navires par rapport aux exigences de CMA CGM

Minimiser les interférences avec la disponibilité commerciale du navire

Veiller à ce que les navires soient inspectés à intervalles réguliers afin d'assurer un suivi étroit des activités à bord

Contrôler le rapport technique hebdomadaire mis à jour par le gestionnaire de navire affrétés

Assurer le suivi des demandes d'indemnisation, y compris les dommages subis par les acconiers, en coopération avec le service juridique

Mettre en œuvre des actions liées aux retours d'expérience sur les navires gérés

Contrôler la mise en cale sèche des navires, les déficiences, les visites de classe et de pavillon et s'assurer qu'elles sont effectuées dans les délais requis

Valider l'analyse des causes profondes et les mesures préventives pour les événements identifiés.

**2. Gestion du budget du gestionnaire du navire par un tiers**:
Examiner le budget du navire

Approuver les commandes et les factures jusqu'à la limite de l'autorisation

Contrôler les coûts d'exploitation des navires pour s'assurer que les dépenses restent dans les limites du budget et sont optimisées

Suivi des demandes de fonds et validation de la gestion des subventions.

3. Préparation de la mise en cale sèche des navires

Examiner les spécifications de mise en cale sèche des gestionnaires de navires tiers conformément à la politique de la CMA CGM

Coordonner la préparation et participer à l'examen et à l'approbation des spécifications de mise en cale sèche et de tous les autres travaux de réparation majeurs avant l'appel d'offres

Évaluer les documents d'appel d'offres

Assister le Fleet Upgrade dans la préparation des documents relatifs à la mise en cale sèche (DAI, EDD)

Soutenir le gestionnaire du navire et le responsable de la cale sèche lorsque vos navires sont concernés.

4. Tâches liées à l'équipage

S'assurer que le service juridique est bien informé des incidents pouvant survenir au sein de l'équipage

Assurer la liaison avec le service de gestion de l'équipage du gestionnaire du navire tiers pour la révision du niveau des effectifs.

5. Gestionnaire adjoint de la flotte

Si vous êtes désigné comme gestionnaire adjoint de la flotte, vous devez, en outre, pour tous les navires de votre flotte:
Remplacer le gestionnaire de la flotte pour les réunions et les missions qui le concernent

Informer le gestionnaire de la flotte des problèmes qui surviennent sur leurs navires

Assurer la communication des informations et des retours d'expérience aux autres flottes et départements

Veiller à ce que les rapports hebdomadaires soient mis à jour par les inspecteurs de la sécurité des navires

Prendre la direction des projets inter-flottes qui lui sont confiés.

PROFIL ET COMPÉTENCES

**Qualifications mínimales**:
Maîtrise de divers logiciels, tels que Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc...

Connaissance adéquate du navire et de ses systèmes.

**Expérience**:
Au moins 5 ans d'expérience à des postes d'ingénieur, de préférence dans le secteur maritime

Expérience Superintendent valorisée.

**Qualités personnelles**:
Capacité d'analyse, rigueur et méthode

Bonne expression orale, écrite et de présentation

Capacité à travailler à la fois de manière indépendante et en équipe

Volonté démontrée de s'adapter aux changements de priorités

Solides compétences en matière d'organisation et d'exécution de tâches multiples.
