**Votre rôle s’articule autour de différents axes**:
En tant que Technology Service lead (Responsable technique), vous serez au cœur de notre stratégie de développement technologique et commercial. Vous serez chargé de superviser les projets techniques tout en contribuant activement à l'expansion de nos activités grâce à votre expertise en Business Development. Votre rôle sera déterminant pour la croissance de notre portefeuille clients dans le secteur high-tech.
**Responsabilités principales**:
- Gestion de projet : Piloter les projets techniques, de la conception à la mise en œuvre, en veillant à la satisfaction des clients et à l'optimisation des ressources.
- Business Development:
- Identifier et prospecter de nouvelles opportunités d'affaires.
- Développer et entretenir des relations solides avec les clients existants et potentiels.
- Participer à l'élaboration de propositions commerciales et techniques adaptées aux besoins des clients.
- Coordination d'équipe : Encadrer, former et motiver une équipe technique, tout en assurant une synergie entre les objectifs techniques et commerciaux.
- Stratégie commerciale : Contribuer à la définition et à la mise en œuvre de la stratégie commerciale, en alignant les efforts techniques avec les objectifs de croissance de l'entreprise.
- Support technique : Offrir un support technique de haut niveau pour les équipes commerciales lors des phases de négociation et de présentation aux clients.
- Veille technologique : Mener une veille constante sur les évolutions technologiques pour anticiper les besoins du marché et proposer des solutions à forte valeur ajoutée.
- Vous êtes idéalement diplômé(e) d’une Ecole d’Ingénieur en Informatique ou d’une formation universitaire technique équivalente (BAC+5).
- Vous disposez au minimum de 10 ans d'expérience sur des fonctions similaires, avec une expertise en gestion de projets techniques et en développement commercial, dans l’univers du conseil.
- Vous avez des connaissances approfondies des technologies high-tech, ainsi que la capacité à traduire les besoins clients en solutions techniques concrètes.
- Vous disposez d’une expérience avérée en développement de business, avec un réseau établi dans le secteur high-tech.
- Compétences managériales : Leadership éprouvé, capacité à gérer et motiver une équipe technique tout en collaborant étroitement avec des équipes commerciales.
- Vous êtes rigoureux, autonome et vous projetez votre carrière dans un cabinet de conseil exigeant et successful.
- Un premier échange par téléphone et par Teams (ou dans nos locaux) avec un membre de l’équipe People & Project pour parler de votre profil, du poste, et de l’entreprise
- Un second entretien avec un Manager technique (par Teams ou dans nos locaux)
- Enfin, un dernier échange avec le Managing Director, lead du portefeuille High Tech d’Accenture
