**Job description**:
- We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our IT Innovation Lab As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven solutions that improve business outcomes. You will work closely with the data team to develop predictive models, analyze large datasets, and communicate insights to stakeholders._
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop predictive models using machine learning algorithms.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns.
- Communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in data science, including exploration of Generative IA.
**YOUR PROFILE**
**Required/Preferred skills**:
- ** **Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related field.
- Experience with Python.
- Experience with machine learning algorithms.
- Experience with Generative AI (ChatGPT or others).
- Fluent in English
- Strong analytical skills including data visualization.
- Demonstrates interpersonal skills required to successfully work in a team environment, communicates effectively across a variety of stakeholder groups.
- Self-motivated, proactive and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Strong documentations, written and verbal communication skills.
