Je recherche un Key user SAP MM Procurement / Purchasing (CDI), pour le compte de l'un nos clients finaux dans le secteur industriel
Dans votre domaine d'expertise, les missions sont les suivantes:
Préparation : (30% sur site pendant le mois précédant le Kick-Off)
Préparer le matériel du modèle de base fonctionnel concernant le périmètre BA/BU
Contribuer à l'exécution des formations en amont (Formation Générale / Nouvelles Méthodes de Travail)
Analyse d'adéquation et conception locale : (50% sur site)
Sur son périmètre fonctionnel (Procurement/Purchasing), conduire l'analyse d'adéquation en expliquant le modèle de base aux équipes locales, avec le soutien de l'équipe PME
Recueillir, contester et qualifier les écarts potentiels entre les exigences et le modèle de base
Recueillir et qualifier les impacts du changement en cas de non-réalisation des écarts pour alimenter le processus d'arbitrage
Contribuer au processus d'arbitrage des écarts et soutenir la décision devant les équipes locales et à la conception locale en soutien aux équipes de solution SAP/localisation
Construction et test d'intégration (réalisation) : (30% sur site)
Aide les utilisateurs clés locaux (BA, BU) à fournir les données commerciales nécessaires à la mise en place de la solution
Aide les utilisateurs clés locaux (BA, BU) et le personnel central à adapter le kit de test de base pour préparer les tests d'intégration et les tests d'acceptation par les utilisateurs
Contribuer aux tests d'intégration avec le soutien du personnel central
Former les utilisateurs clés locaux (processus d'affaires et outils) et les aider à effectuer la migration des données
Préparation de l'UAT et du go-live & Hypercare (support) : (75% sur site)
Soutenir les utilisateurs clés locaux (BA, BU) dans le cadre de l'UAT avec le soutien du personnel central et dans l'exécution de la formation aux processus et aux outils
Contribuer à l'exécution du plan de transition
Soutenir les équipes locales les premières semaines après la mise en service
Contribuer à la gestion des incidents, à l'attention du personnel central
Capitaliser et enrichir la documentation de déploiement pour améliorer le prochain Roll Out
Forte expérience dans les domaines de l'approvisionnement/achat et l’un environnement SAP
Capacités de leadership pour migrer sur un processus standardisé
Compétences en communication
Mobile à l'international ( Déplacements fréquents jusqu'à 50%)
Maîtrise de l'anglais Obligatoire
Localisation: en Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes.
Contrat: CDI
Télétravail: 2 jours de par semaine ainsi que la possibilité de travailler 90 jours/an en dehors de sa présence habituelle
