L'équipe P&D du Soho House PARIS s'agrandit

Nous sommes à la recherche de notre futur(e) Assistant(e) Ressources Humaines / People Partner.

Vous assisterez la People Manager dans son travail au quotidien.

Vos principales missions seront:
**Gestion administrative du personnel**
- Préparer l'arrivée des nouveaux collaborateurs et assurer les formalités d'embauche : établir les contrats de travail, DPAE, mutuelle
- Suivi des dossiers du personnel
- Participer aux journées d'intégration
- Réaliser les dossiers des apprentis et stagiaires
- Suivi des visites médicales
- Réaliser les déclarations d'accident de travail
- Suivi des heures supplémentaires

**Recrutement**
- Rédiger et mettre à jour les fiches de poste avec l'aide des chefs de service
- Réaliser la publication des annonces de recrutement
- Participer aux entretiens d'embauche
- Assurer et pérenniser les relations écoles

**Formation**
- Faire les démarches auprès de l'OPCO pour le financement des formations

**Paie**
- Collecter les éléments variables de paie et mettre à jours les différents fichiers
- Participer à la préparation et au contrôle des bulletins de paie
- Préparer les éléments pour les soldes de tout compte

**Communication & fidélisation**
- Assurer la communication interne mensuelle et ponctuelle (mise à jour de documents internes, création de nouveaux affichages )
- Mettre en place des actions de motivation dans le but de fidéliser les équipes
- Participer à l'organisation d'évènements pour les collaborateurs
- Être à l'écoute des chefs de service au quotidien

**Profil**:

- Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'une école de commerce/hôtelière ou spécialisation en Ressources Humaines (Bac +3 minimum)
- Vous bénéficiez d'une première expérience de minimum 1 an sur un poste similaire
- Vous avez un excellent relationnel et vous aimez être au contact des équipes
- Vous recherchez un poste polyvalent où les journées ne se ressemblent pas
- Vous êtes de nature positive et joviale
- Organisé(e), rigoureux(se), autonome et réactif(ve) sont des termes qui vous correspondent
- Vous savez faire preuve de discrétion pour garantir la confidentialité des informations
- Vous êtes à l'aise en Anglais à l'oral comme à l'écrit
