**Job Description** Main duties and responsibilities**
- Contribute to draw up a 2-year roadmap for the growth plan for its scope in relation with the associated strategies and integrated brand master plan of the categories.
- Collect market results (Sell-in / Sell-out) in collaboration with the merchandising teams.
- Collect requests for collaboration from the markets, and co-define, with line management, the collaboration initiatives to be developed within the Brand to ensure consistency and a balance between global and local collaboration.
- Manage, organise and coordinate the venue at Salomon HQ of all the different collaboration partners.

**Specific activity - Responsible purchasing practices (FLA)**:
Upholding Fair Labor Association’s Workplace Code of Conduct and Principles of Fair Labor and Responsible Sourcing throughout the supply chain

By working closely with the Salomon Global Sustainability Team with regards to ensuring the continuous improvement of our responsible purchasing practices. By working closely with the Amer Sports Global Sourcing Vendor Sustainability team on quarterly business reviews and training/capacity building (at least annually) By adhering to negotiated lead times and balanced annual capacities to expedite responsible purchasing practices as outlined in the Responsible Sourcing Policy.
- Monitor the progress of projects within its scope (Product development coordination, compliance with milestones and market needs, definition of marketing operations, commercial negotiation, production, legal contract etc.) by orchestrating the various players.
- Define pricing structures in line with the Brand's commercial guidelines, produce commercial proposals and draw up contracts in collaboration with business partners, under the supervision of the Legal team.
- Consolidate supply demand for all intersection projects.
- Align supply with our various objectives, delivery dates and every detail relating to the collaboration framework.
- Report on one’s activity (human/technical resources, budget, etc.).

**Stakes, challenges/difficulties or issues**
- Guarantee the success of one’s projects in every aspect (financial, brand values, image, products, etc.),
- Guarantee compliance with the collaboration process in all respects (strategy definition to execution follow up),
- Guarantee the growth plan for intersection projects and the results in collaboration with the sales team and line managers,

Guarantee the interconnection between and with all internal business partners (product, commercial, marketing, supply, merchandising, etc.) and among the different product categories (Footwear, Apparel, Bags and socks).

**Job position in the decision-making chain**
- Coordinate all Intersection portfolio projects,
- Coordinate the sales teams to present the collaboration partners and business ambitions,
- Guarantee the collaboration distribution list in partnership with the various Go2Market contacts,
- Guarantee the consolidation of supply demand for all intersection projects,
- Guarantee perfect alignement and viability of master data for all collaboration project between categories
- Ensure alignment between marketing and sportstyle teams on various benefits, content, budget, free product giveaways to VIPs/influencers, planning, retail intro date, etc...
- Lead the discussion/decision on distribution strategy for each project. Arbitrate if necessary.

**Qualifications**
- 2 years professional experience in programme/project management or sales
- Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management
- C1 English level
- Good command of Office 365
- Sound knowledge of markets, products and processes
- Experience in project management and negociati
