We help our customers in every step they take, from personal advice, the installation of charging stations, modern billing systems to the supply of green electricity.

Become part of our inclusive and diverse company culture We are looking for a Commercial Site Manager eMobility to join our E.ON Drive France team in Levallois-Perret as soon as possible. We seek a talented, business-oriented professional who can autonomously manage all phases of new site development processes in order to establish a premium pan European ultra-fast charging network in France.
The Commercial Site Manager finds the best places to host the UFC stations. He/she manages site selection, contract negotiation with site hosts, utility and permitting feasibility studies, and ensuring efficient project hand-off to the deployment team.
Vos missions
- Develop and manage pipeline of potential new sites that will meet the market’s goals to serve current and future E.ON customers;
- Develop, refine and manage comprehensive site assessment process;
- Assessing pre-evaluated locations and manage future location contracts with both private and public actors;
- Validating commercial suitability of the sites (rental payments, utilization, grid connection costs, construction costs);
- Coordinating handover to the deployment manager and work with the deployment function for technical location evaluation;
- Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Vos compétences
- University degree or equivalent qualification;
- Minimum 3 years professional experience in commercial / sales functions, consulting, project management functions a plus;
- Ideally well-connected in the European eMobility market and experience in working with municipalities and B2B partners;
- Organization - Highly organized, able to simultaneously manage 20+ projects in various phases;
- Autonomy - Autonomous, high-motor approach to execution and achievement;
- Strategic commercial thinker with analytical skills, commercial toolset and excellent communication skills;
- Flexibility to travel for site visits and partner discussions (driver’s license required);
- Basic technical understanding of electrical installations and construction works a plus;
- Fluent in French and English, another European language is a plus.
