- In a context of ST quality transformation, you will integrate a dynamic team (Innovation & Product Development), within the corporate Product Quality & Reliability (PQR) department.
- Reporting to the corporate Quality Design manager, you will be responsible for 2 categories of activities:
- Process recurrent activities:
- Take into account, order, and integrate the requests for changes for the new releases of the following official quality reference documents such as PDP (Product Development Process, the ST Key Process number 6), APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), and Project Management for Product development. These new release to be published once or twice a year
- Compute, synthesize and do the gap analysis of the key process indicators and the monitoring Indicators related to the PDP
- Work on the reviews of the Customer Quality Requests, Standard position and Read Across related to the PDP
- Contribute to the quarterly operation reviews of the organization with achievements, indicators, and future steps on activities.
- Contribute to the organization of the quarterly DFQ (Design For Quality) Program reviews and the annual workshop on DFQ Program
- Communicate regularly to the PDP stakeholders about changes and news
Process improvement activities:
- These are currently needed improvement activities, that will be updated with new ones along their closure in a spirit of continuous improvement.
- Develop or update learning material related to the PDP (e-learning )
- Contribute to the digitalization of the PDP into the new enterprise management system
- Develop and maintain new ways of communicating news, flash information, related to the PDP activity
- Simplify the way to compute the key process indicators and the monitoring Indicators related to the PDP
- Automate the synthesis of the indicators of deployment (dashboard) of the DFQ Program initiatives
Those activities listed above are to be managed from a central corporate position perspective. you will then be requested to work with the different organizations in which the products are actually developed.
- Location shall be Grenoble or Agrate site.
- Some travels in Europe may be required.
**Profile**:
- OneST spirit to work at corporate level and develop the best proposals for all ST product groups
- Spirit of Innovation to come with a disruptive approach
- Experience of project management in the development of products
- Ability to work with standard like ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO21434, VDA6.3
- Ability to interact with various teams and profiles in English
- Background knowledge of semiconductor product design would be a nice to have
