LA MAISON POLENE
Fondée en 2016 par trois frères et sœurs, la **maison française Polène** crée une collection de maroquinerie qui allie **mínimalisme et exploration créative** pour proposer des formes singulières et signatures obtenues par un **savoir-faire artisanal d’excellence**.
Le cuir, issu exclusivement de **tanneries italiennes et espagnoles certifiées**, est sculpté pour créer des formes organiques, plis, effets de drapés ou tressages.
La confection est confiée aux **artisans d'Ubrique**, ville d'Espagne spécialisée dans la **maroquinerie haut-de-gamme** qui accueille l’intégralité des métiers de production de Polène.
Depuis 2023, Polène développe un nouveau champ d’expression **:le bijou**. Des collections thématiques explorant **la nature, des ondulations du vent aux textures de roche sculptées dans la matière**.

L’ENVIRONNEMENT POLENE
Dans un contexte de **forte croissance internationale et de structuration**, le **pôle Digital **cherche son futur **E-commerce Project Manager** dont le rôle sera d'**assurer la gestion de l'intégrateur technique et des échanges avec la plateforme technique**. Son rôle sera également de** garantir la stabilité et les évolutions fonctionnelles et techniques de la plateforme e-commerces** dans toutes ses déclinaisons (pays, langues & devises) ainsi que du** merchandising et de l'animation du site**.
En tant que E-commerce Project Manager, vous serez rattaché à la Directrice Digital & Relation Client.
CE QUE VOUS RESERVE L’AVENTURE POLENE
**1/ Gestion e-commerce**
- Livraison de la Roadmap e-commerce 24 et des suivantes
- Rédaction des besoins fonctionnels, suivi des développements et gestion de la recette fonctionnelle
- Garant de la qualité de l’UX et UI du site, organiser les workshops de Design et établir les briefings
- Gestion du planning, des livrables métier, des risques projet et des mises en ligne
**2/ Visual Merchandising, contenu & animation du site**
- Management d'une junior VM and content coordinator
- Assurer la complétude et la cohérence du catalogue produits
- Organiser les lancements et les animations du site
- Décliner le 360 sur le site et garder une cohérence avec les plans de communication marque et produits
- Coordonner avec le Légal et le Service Client les contributions et les mises à jour (CGV, CGU, privacy police, FAQ )
- Assurer une veille technologique quotidienne
LES CLES POUR REUSSIR
- Vous êtes issu d’une f**ormation Bac +5 en école d'ingénieur ou de commerce**:
- Vous disposez d'une expérience significative d**'au minimum 7 ans d'expérience**, notamment en **gestion de projets e-commerce**:
- Vous êtes curieux et dynamique avec une communication facile et bienveillante
- Vous souhaitez intégrer un environnement en forte croissance et stimulant au quotidien
- Vous avez un **excellent niveau de français et d'anglais**, la maîtrise de l'espagnol est un plus
- Vous avez maîtrise des logiciels suivants **:Excel**, **Jira, Confluence, Trello & Testrail**
