Au sein de notre service Achats, vous êtes en charge de garantir le pilotage et la coordination des achats de votre périmètre.

Dans ce cadre, vous menez les actions suivantes:

- **Sourcing**
- Sourcer, démarcher et rechercher les fournisseurs qui seraient en phase avec le besoin de l entreprise et des perspectives de développement
- Consulter et effectuer des comparaisons précises des fournisseurs (benchmarking, mise en concurrence) en fonction de différentes variables clés : technicité et performance qualité, compréhension du besoin, capacité de production, évaluation des risques économiques et géographiques
- Lancer un appel d offre sur un panel de référence
- Analyser, négocier et suivre les offres
- Organiser un audit avec le service qualité pour vérifier les informations transmises par le fournisseur.
- Lancer la commande de pièces types pour l homologation
- Suivre l homologation en collaboration avec le service Qualité
- **Suivi des projets : participer aux différentes étapes du déroulé du projet avec les équipes associées pour permettre sa bonne réalisation**
- **Contractualisation**
- Négocier avec les fournisseurs sur les prix, les obligations à respecter (critères qualité, volumes, délais,...), les conditions de paiement,
- **Suivi et performance fournisseurs**
- Engager et participer à l évaluation des fournisseurs en fonction des objectifs de qualité, de coûts et de délais définis dans le cadre du projet et par les exigences clients
- Analyser et/ou anticiper les objectifs du fournisseur : coût de fabrication, marge, position sur le marché, santé financière
- Intervenir en cas de litige avec les fournisseurs et/ou de non-respect des conditions initialement négociées (actions correctives si nécessaire, audit, call, visite d expediting )
- Animer les réunions fournisseurs en lien avec l activité
- **Amélioration continue et EHS**

Vous êtes issu(e) d'une formation supérieure dans le domaine des achats et possédez une expérience mínimale de 5 ans sur des missions similaires.

Vous êtes expert(e) dans les techniques de négociation et êtes reconnu(e) comme un expert sur le portefeuille géré.

Votre connaissance des flux industriels au sein d'un contexte de production est un atout indéniable pour évoluer sur vos missions.

Sens de l'analyse, curiosité et résistance à la pression vous permettront d évoluer rapidement sur ce poste.

Anglais lu, écrit, parlé (Linguaskill B2) requis.
