Intern, Product Specialist (6 to 12 months)_**

The **Intern, Product Specialist** will be part of SITA SafetyCube team, a safety and compliance management tool deployed in nearly 50 aeronautical organizations worldwide (airlines, airports, air navigation, manufacturers, etc.).

SITA Safety Cube, is the only integrated compliance, safety, and risk management solution dedicated to aviation that connect all data to support operators safety strategy and provides a practical answer to the latest risk management requirements.

Reporting to the Product Manager and in direct contact with customers, the Intern will provide support to users of the solution in order to follow their feedback, respond to technical and operational issues, propose solutions, and follow the evolution of the tool.

**_What You Will Do_**
- Provide technical and operational support for the tool to existing customers.
- Participate in the implementation of new customers.
- Follow and manage different projects with different customers.
- Contribute to the evolution of the tool.
- Monitor the level of efficiency and performance of the support.

Who You Are_**
- You are eligible to work in France without the need for a sponsorship
- You have good communication skills (spoken and written) in English and French
- You are looking for an internship, you know how to work in a team and independently. Dynamic, you are able to suggest changes when you think it can be relevant.
- You have good interpersonal skills and are able to communicate orally and in writing in order to integrate into a project team.
- You have a good analytical and synthesis mind.
- Autonomy, adaptability, and interpersonal skills.
