- Etablissement de 250 personnes situé à 40' de Bordeaux, proche Libourne, AMCOR FLEXIBLES SAINT-SEURIN fabrique des capsules destinées aux bouteilles. Cette fabrication rassemble plusieurs métiers autour de la sécurité, la qualité, la R&D, la logistique et la production.
Dans le cadre des objectifs du site et sous la responsabilité du Responsable Qualité, assure la gestion des activités liées à la qualité des produits, dans le respect du cahier des charges du Client, des intérêts d'Amcor Flexibles Capsules et des exigences Qualité, des normes Environnement, Santé et Sécurité et Hygiène.**Missions**:

- Comprendre les exigences du Client
- Animer la qualité au quotidien en production à travers le suivi des résultats de contrôle
- Participer à la formation et la validation des nouveaux entrants
- Gérer les non-conformités internes en collaboration avec le service production : évaluation, traitement
- Piloter le traitement des réclamations Client : contact client, déplacement sur site si besoin, réponse et traitement de la marchandise non conforme
- Définir les moyens de contrôle appropriés en collaboration avec le service R&D, les valider
- Suivre le lancement des nouveaux produits en production ; Définir et suivre un plan de qualification dans le cadre d'une modification
- Réaliser des contrôles, mesures et essais pour améliorations process/produit ou suivi de la production
- Réaliser des audits internes sur le système qualité, hygiène et test de traçabilité
- Animer des groupes d'amélioration et de résolutions de problèmes

**Profil**:

- BAC +3/ 4 en qualité (ou équivalent expérience) ; 2 ans d expérience dans le domaine de la qualité
- Méthodologie des audits

**Savoirs** (compétences techniques et connaissances)**:

- Understand customer requirements
- Promote quality on a daily basis in production by monitoring control results
- Participate in the training and validation of new employees
- Manage internal non-conformities in collaboration with the production department: assessment, processing
- Manage customer complaints: customer contact, on-site visits if necessary, response and processing of non-conforming goods.
- Define and validate appropriate control methods in collaboration with the R&D department.
- Monitor launch of new products in production; Define and monitor a qualification plan for modifications
- Carry out controls, measurements and tests for process/product improvements or production monitoring
- Carry out internal audits of the quality, hygiene and traceability systems.
- Lead improvement and problem-solving groups.

**Profile**:

- BAC +3/ 4 in quality (or equivalent experience); 2 years' experience in the quality field
- Audit methodology
