L'usine Cerexagri SAS de MARSEILLE fabrique des produits phytosanitaires à partir de soufre pour l'agriculture biologique. L'effectif du site est d'environ 50 personnes.

Rattaché au responsable technique, au sein d’une équipe de 4 techniciens de maintenance, vous réalisez la maintenance curative et préventive du site. Vous êtes partie prenante à l’organisation et la mise en œuvre des travaux de maintenance lors de l’arrêt de production annuel, généralement en été.

**Missions Principales**
- Assurer la maintenance curative et préventive des équipements.
- Diagnostiquer et dépanner dans votre domaine de compétence mécanique générale, pneumatique, hydraulique, chaudronnerie et tuyauterie, électricité,
- Participer à l’amélioration et la fiabilisation des équipements de façon autonome, proposer des interventions préventives ou correctives,
- Gérer les consommables de maintenance et les stocks de pièces détachées en collaboration avec les fournisseurs.
- Intervenir en respectant les règles de sécurité internes.
- Maintenir et mettre à jour les documentations techniques.
- Dans le cadre de l’arrêt annuel, identifier les travaux à réaliser et les pièces ,nécessaires, contacter les prestataires et planifier les installer puis piloter des prestataires dans votre champ de compétence, assurer le suivi des échéances

**FORMATION**
- Bac Pro TCI ou TRPM
- BTS CRCI ou CPRP
- Eventuellement

BTS maintenance industrielle

BTS électrotechnique

**NOS ATTENTES**
- Bac professionnel ou Bac +2 avec 5 à 10 ans d’expérience minimum dans l’industrie
- Connaissances en mécanique générale, chaudronnerie, tuyauterie, pneumatique, hydraulique.
- Esprit d’équipe
- Capacité d’adaptation
- Sens du service client interne
- Méthode et rigueur
- Respect des règles et procédures du site notamment dans le domaine HSE
