Poste

Au sein de l’équipe de l’agence Club Med Voyages Champs Elysées, l’alternant prendra une part très active à divers projets de développement des ventes de la zone de chalandise de l’agence, mais aussi de l’agence de Paris Passy, à la coordination et organisation d’évènements tout en étant garant du respect des quali-signs de l’accueil des clients.

Missions

Rattaché à/au Responsable d’Agence, notre futur Alternant aura en charge de:

- Démarcher et développer les contacts et partenariats sur la zone de chalandise (commerces indépendants, entreprises avoisinantes, associations.
- Contribuer au déploiement d’actions commerciales locales qualifiées en support de la responsable de l’agence (organisation, contenu, logistique, recherche de sponsors).
- Mettre en place des outils de data-catching et de suivi de base de données liés aux évènements & Assurer le suivi des KPI agences.
- Gérer les mailings et le store locator et de la visibilité digitale de l’agence.
- Gérer la prise de rendez-vous agence.
- Réaliser des campagnes d’appels sortants pour confirmer les invitations clients à nos évènements.
- Participer à l’évolution du parcours client et aux nouvelles expériences de ventes en agence (tablettes, casques 3D)
- Accueillir au quotidien les clients de l’agence et les guider dans le parcours de vente
- Participer en support de l’équipe aux tâches suivantes : gestion des stocks, commandes, gestion réclamation, maintenance, gestion planning salle de réunion, sollicitations internes et externes

- Très bonne fibre commerciale (empathie, capacité de négociation)
- Force de proposition
- Rigueur, fiabilité et autonomie
- Très bonne maîtrise pack office
- Très bonne maîtrise de l’utilisation des réseaux sociaux et outils digitaux.
- Goût du travail en équipe.
- Formation : Bac+ 2 minimum

Modalités

Début de mission : à partir de septembre 2023, pour une durée d’1 an
- Poste basé à Paris Champs Elysées
- Alternance rémunérée selon profil + 50% Pass Navigo + Tickets Restaurant
