**About the Property**:
It is a magnificent domaine of 3 hectares including 2 beautiful Villas of 1000 m2 and 700 m2 located in Saint Tropez. There are 11 bedrooms all in all. The Villa is facing the Mediterranean sea.

Every single room is unique, decorated and furnished with the best noble pieces of furnitures, art and decoration are everywhere within this fantastic house.

The property belongs to a French family. This is their second home. The owners and their children are extremely respectful and generous. They are very relaxed and chilled, very sporty but also used to very high standard in terms of cuisine and service generally speaking.

They visit the Villa from Mid June / Beginning July until Mid September, for a period of about 3 months.

It is usually just the parents and their children on the property, but they regularly have guests over as well, especially either for lunch or for dinner. Generally speaking, the owners invited guests for dinner - there are all in all 15 people to 24 people.

At any point, there would be a maximum of 8 people that you would be in-charge of cooking for.

You would be joining the team composed with The Villa Manager and the Head Housekeeper / Assistant Villa Manager. The villa will be hiring equally a laundress, a Chef and a Commis for the season.

**The project**:
We are looking for an experienced & Highly professional housekeeper willing to take a seasonal contract, starting as beginning of May 2023 till September 05th, 2023 at least. (4 months - maybe more depending on your availibilty to start before). You will be under the supervision of the Head Housekeeper and you will be working together.

You will be working 8 hours per day with a luch break

You will have one day off per week.

**The duties of the Housekeeper will be as follows**:
Housekeeping
- You will be in-charge of vacuuming/cleaning floors, carpets, surfaces, etc. There are beautiful and noble materials every where in the house such as silk carpets. Therefore, we are looking for a housekeeper used to work in private luxury villas or for a housekeeper used to work in high end hotels with a great knowledge of noble materials and treatments to use to clean such materials.
- You will be in-charge of making the beds, changing linens, setting up the bedrooms and bathrooms, etc
- You will be in-charge of cleaning/sanitizing bathrooms, showers, toilets, sinks, and countertops
- You will be in-charge of replenishes toiletries, towels, supplies, etc
- Ensuring the main areas as corridors, living rooms are always dusted, tidy and well organized in accordance to the owner's habits.
- You will also be assisting the Head Housekeeper in other duties related to table arrangements and floral decoration if needed.

3. Service
- You will be in-charge of meal services - the breakfast, lunch and dinner services - Food & Beverages.
- Setting up and cleaning the dining table, ceramics, cutlery, etc, before and after the meals
- Discreetly serving the food and drinks as requested by the owners
- Ensuring a discreet execution of services without being noticed by the owners, behind the scenes

**Desired Profile**
- You must be **expert in cleaning techniques on delicate fabrics**.
- If you have a previous experience in Dry Cleaners or as a Laundress in a VIP Villa or in a high end Hotel, we are waiting for you.
- You must be **especially proficient in ironing on different fabrics**.
- You have solid Housekeeping Skills
- You must be very **autonomous** and **able to report** and **respect your hierarch**y** in the same time.
- You must have a great eye for detail.
- We are looking for someone who is **passionat**e** about service and likes to work in private villas. **Previous 3 years of experience as a laundress is MANDATORY.**:

- You are very **comfortable** in **laundry**. We are looking for someone who can make the difference between wool and cashmere. You will be dealing with high end clothes.
- You are **multitasking** and **flexible**, able to follow the processes that are already implemented and reactive in unusual/difficult situations.
- You are a **positive** person**, you like to work in a team and you are **discreet**.
- You are always on time and well-presented, you have a real sense of human relations and communication comes with an ease to you.
- You **MUST speak French**:

- Ability to work within France (a national or visa holder)

**Salary**:EUR 2500 - EUR 3000 net/month - Negotiable depending on profile and experience.
