**Who You Are**:
**Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in supply management, operations management, engineering, business administration, or a similar field.
- Min 2-3 years of work experience preferably in a multinational environment
- Strong technical proficiency with previous experience in working with product and technical aspects of products, will be considered a plus
- Excellent customer focus and problem-solving abilities.
- Analytical thinking and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Planning and organizational skills to manage priorities effectively.
- A commitment to being a continuous learner in a dynamic environment.

**Desired Skills and Experience**
- Proficiency in German would be a plus

**What You Will Be Doing**:

- **Customer Support**:Advise our specialist retail partners on product features, technology, and portfolio. Provide clear, accurate answers to medium and complex customer inquiries with mínimal assistance.
- **Knowledge Management**: Organize, structure and maintain product information in a knowledge platform for easy access.
- **Product Improvement**: Identify and suggest enhancements to products, instructions, brochures, trainings, price lists, and tools (e.g., P-Con).
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:Work closely with Marketing, Engineering, and Product Development, Specials or Product Category Managers teams to support customer and dealer needs, coach and expand product knowledge
- **Technical Proficiency**:Use tools like P-Con, pricelists, and SharePoint. Gather and analyze information to generate effective solutions and understand performance metrics.
- **Process Efficiency**: Drive improvements using Lean, Think, and project management techniques. May lead process enhancement projects.
- **C.A.R.E. Philosophy**:an internal team philosophy (collaborate, anticipate, respond, empathize) try to anticipate customer and dealer needs, collaborate effectively, and provide empathetic, one-time resolutions.
- **Communication & Networking**: Build strong internal networks to expand product knowledge and gain commitments. Use active listening and effective communication to achieve desired outcomes.
- **Continuous Improvement**:Identify and implement corrective actions for issues, suggest ideas for process enhancements, and contribute to overall efficiency.
- **Business Acumen**:Understand Steelcase’s organizational and industry context. Navigate internal networks to maximize results and align with business goals.
