**MISSION**

Contribute to the EMEA NARS Education and artistry strategy and delivery, to promote exceptional Artist performance including artistry skills and selling/service techniques to drive the NARS business and meet productivity and service goals across the region.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Mission 1: Assist in the adaptation & implementation of the global education & artistry strategy in the region & represent the brand during high profile events**
- Collaborate on adapting the global strategy and to building & implementing the strategy across the region, working with the Director to monitor & reinforce it, proactively recommending adjustments market by market where necessary
- Assist with the development of the Regional training seminar (1-2 a year)
- Participate in high profile eventing such as fashion weeks, shoots, PR launches
- Be the key contact for corporate training (new ers in HQ)

**Mission 2: Contribute to the development of training tools, training modules & digital content including specific tools or programs necessary to address regional needs.**
- Contribute to the development of training tools for initial and seasonal brand and product training and build guidelines for local implementation
- With the Director, co-create Artistry and Education content in line with the Brand strategy and retailers needs
- Create product sheets for each launch, locally adapt from the tools delivered from Global.
- Collaborate on adapting services and selling techniques/protocols by type of distribution (FSS, DS, open sell)
- Coordinate the feedback for the EMEA perimeter and make suggestions to improve tools in line with market needs.

**Mission 3: Develop and support the EMEA education & artistry community with a particular focus on Export markets**
- Develop the National Sales Managers to improve their makeup skills and training techniques
- Assist national sales managers/trainers in assessment of Artists in terms of product knowledge, artistry skills, sales and service techniques, helping manage the Artist certification program
- Animate and co-create Export Seminar.
- Responsible for consolidating Export Education reports & sharing of best practices amongst the markets
- Support education development at local level with timely market visits - feedback and report on market needs and achievements
- Deliver specific trainings directly to local market BCs, on request

**Mission 4**:Team lead for instore coaching and events**
- Be the key contact for EMEA consumer events and important retail initiatives.
- Coach and Support Trainers and Senior Artists on Artistry/Education skills and motivation.
- Reinforce activities eg clienteling and pre selling activities that drive events goal attainment

**Required Profile**
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail and/or education in a European market
- Experience of working on a make-up counter desirable
- Exceptional artistry skills and on-brand personal presentation
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and inspire others
- Solid coaching and communication skills
- Experience in education program development/instructional design
- Mastery of classroom style seminar training as well as digital content creation
- Flexible, with the ability to function in a fast paced, ambiguous environment
- Ability to travel throughout EMEA (about 30% of time)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Languages: fluent English essential. Fluent French desirable.
