**Poste**:
**Your missions are divided into two areas**:
**1- Employer branding and talent acquisition**
- Participation in the definition of recruitment policies (process, sourcing, reporting & analysis) in support of the HR teams of the Sectors as well as their deployment.
- Generate partnerships/forums with schools and universities adapted to the needs of the Group's various Business units.
- Increase employee loyalty by improving working conditions within the various GL events BUs at the international level to implement the most relevant solutions.
- Undertake a GL Ambassadors programme for all our digital communications.
- Support site management in implementing the Pact with local employment authorities.
- Participate in the selection and monitoring of framework contracts with recruitment and sourcing service providers (recruitment agency, ETT, placement and outplacement agency)
- Setting up dashboards and indicators to evaluate the policies and procedures implemented and establishing the necessary action plans with a view to continuously improving the life of the employee.
**2- Management and mobility**
- Designing, implementing, and monitoring innovative talent management programs and ensuring internal communication via various media.
- Implementing a GPEC and other indicators allowing the evaluation of talent for the steering and monitoring of KP files
- Participate in the definition of the Learning & Development strategy in conjunction with the GL Academy team.
- Organise conferences and webinars on key strategic topics (CSR, Diversity and Inclusion...)
- Ensure the distribution of internal offers, their publicity and accompany intra-group mobility.
- Manage the budget, service contracts and relations with partners.

**Profil**:
**Profile**:
- BAC + 5 in Human Resources or similar with 10 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management
- International experience (English required for this position) and Mastery of the Office Pack, Digital knowledge (Job board, Tools, Social networks, Linkedin)
You will be responsible for the management of the company and will report to your line manager (Deputy Group HR Director) on specific and sensitive situations in order to validate the best options.
- You have good communication skills, team spirit.
- You are autonomous, rigorous, and service-minded.
The stakes of your role are very high and have an impact on the life of the company and the employee, on the quality of social dialogue, on professional secrecy and on legal and financial risks.
