- Votre Rôle- Au sein de notre Direction Achats Maison, vous intégrez notre département Trade Marketing et êtes directement rattaché à notre Directrice des Achats.
- Vous aurez pour principales responsabilités:
- Organiser les rendez-vous avec les marques partenaires en collaboration avec les acheteurs pour présenter les grands temps forts et les propositions de partenariats GL et le BHV,
- Etre à l'écoute de l'actualité de chaque partenaire pour réussir à les faire coïncider avec nos grands temps forts et nos thématiques Galeries Lafayette et BHV,
- Challenger les partenaires sur des projets différenciants et exclusifs,
- Identifier les marques clé de la saison pour des lancements spéciaux, pop-up, évènements clients, presse et influenceurs
- Présenter aux marques les outils Galeries Lafayette et BHV disponibles (Social media, CRM, Parcours clients, Catalogues etc..) pour répondre au mieux à leurs besoins visant à développer leur visibilité, leur notoriété, leur business
- Négocier en collaboration avec les achats les enveloppes de coopération commerciales
- Suivre le budget Trade Marketing et sa ventilation,
- Analyser la performance des opérations Trade Marketing,
- Coordonner l'ensemble des projets marketing de votre portefeuille de marques que ce soit avec les interlocuteurs internes GL / BHV ou avec les interlocuteurs externes marque,
- Assurer le rôle de chef d'orchestre de A à Z : négociation, kick-off suite à la validation du projet, coordination des rdv, suivi des validations, de l'installation, bilan et recommandations

Pop-up:
- Négocier les animations possibles avec les marques présentes ou prospects, en lien avec les acheteurs ou en autonomie
- Gérer le planning des différentes animations
- Assurer la rédaction des contrats et le suivi administratif pour la mise en place des animations
- Assurer la coordination entre le fournisseur et les responsables Marketing Opérationnel des magasins
- Réaliser le bilan quantitatif et qualitatif des animations
- Coordination marketing avec la Redoute
- Votre Profil- De formation supérieure (BAC + 5 Ecole de Commerce), vous bénéficiez d'une expérience réussie en Achats / Trade Marketing auprès de marques ou au sein d'un environnement retail.
- Vous êtes familiarisé aux techniques de négociation et marketing. Vous disposez d'une bonne connaissance des outils marketing : Acquisition, Paid Social, réseaux sociaux, CRM.
- Votre autonomie, organisation et adaptabilité seront autant d'atouts pour performer sur ce poste. A la recherche de nouveaux challenges, curieux, sensible à la nouveauté, vous avez des convictions fortes sur le futur du retail.
- Maitrise de l'Anglais y compris pour la négociation.
- Maitrise des outils de la suite Google et d'Excel.
