**Contexte**:
Nous recherchons un(e) doctorant(e) pour rejoindre nos équipes de recherche autour d’une thèse sur les enjeux du PLM pour améliorer la collaboration entre toutes les parties prenantes tout au long du cycle de vie du produit.

**Sujet de thèse**:
L’objectif est d’identifier les enjeux et les freins à une collaboration efficiente entre les acteurs lors de la conception d’un produit complexe et de proposer une méthode permettant de définir une architecture adaptée/optimale pour la collaboration efficace entre toutes les parties prenantes d’un processus de développement de produit dans un contexte d’entreprise étendue distribuée.
- Il s’agira de proposer une méthode adaptée à la conception de produit dans un contexte multi-métiers et multi-entités (sous traitance, co-traitance etc.). Cette méthode pourra s’appuyer sur différents outils de CAO ou de MBSE et devra s’intégrer dans un contexte de continuité numérique sur le cycle de vie du produit permise par les systèmes PLM.
- La thèse tendra également à apporter une contribution quant aux perspectives de développements des outils MBSE et CAO comme levier d’optimisation des activités de conception collaboratives dans une entreprise étendue.
- Cette thèse sous contrat CIFRE se déroulera dans le cadre de la chaire industrielle « PLM du futur » entre Arts et Métiers et Capgemini Engineering.**Missions**:

- Définir, en relation avec les encadrants chercheurs et industriels, les axes de recherche des travaux
- Assurer la veille scientifique sur les enjeux principaux du sujet afin de consolider la pertinence scientifique des travaux envisagés
- Participer à la diffusion des travaux de recherche au sein de l’entreprise et auprès de ses clients.

Vous êtes titulaire d’un Grade de Master, d’un diplôme d’ingénieur dans le domaine du génie industriel ou du génie mécanique ou des sciences de l’information/génie logiciel.
Vous avez une volonté forte de produire des travaux de recherche sur les sujets relatifs aux systèmes d’informations dans un contexte industriel.
Vous êtes en mesure de prendre en charge des problématiques complexes, incluant des acteurs nombreux
Vous êtes organisé, vous savez faire preuve de prises d'initiatives dans un domaine technique; vous avez de bonnes capacités à communiquer et à argumenter vos choix- 30/09/2023
