Role Overview:
As a Global Trainer at Biocodex, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the knowledge and skills of our internal teams worldwide. You will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that are scientifically rigorous and engaging, leveraging AI-driven tools to maximize learning outcomes. Your expertise in digital communication and passion for science will help position Biocodex as a leader in microbiota, orphan diseases, and women’s health education.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and Deliver Training Programs: Create and conduct dynamic, interactive, and scientifically accurate training sessions for Biocodex employees across various departments and regions.
- Scientific Communication: Translate complex scientific information into clear, engaging content for internal teams, ensuring alignment with Biocodex's mission and values.
- Integrating Emerging Technologies in Training : Stay ahead of market trends and emerging technologies to identify new AI-driven tools and platforms. This includes evaluating the latest digital training solutions and adapting them to enhance the quality and format of training materials.
- AI-Driven Learning: Utilize AI tools and digital platforms to develop innovative training materials and learning paths. Ensure that content is tailored to diverse audiences and needs, enhancing engagement and retention.
- Continuous Improvement: Measure the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and analytics, using data to refine content and optimize learning experiences. Focus on continuously improving the quality and relevance of training sessions.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Scientific communication skills, a must.
- Proficient in Written & Oral English.
- Interpersonal skills to engage effectively with team members, fostering collaboration and a positive work environment.
