Mon client est une jeune start-up basée à Montpellier.
Depuis le lancement de leur premier produit en Septembre 2019, ils ont beaucoup évolué et se concentrent maintenant sur leur produit phare et la version 2.0.
Ce modèle vertueux leur permet de créer un environnement de travail où les employés ont tous les outils à leur disposition pour exceller, où l environnement est propice à l efficience et au bonheur. Où ils auront le sentiment de rejoindre une vraie famille.
L'équipe Media a pour objectif d'apporter un maximum de valeur a un maximum de monde, le tout dans notre univers Il s'agit d'une équipe en partie autonome dont les métriques principales sont la taille et la qualité de l'audience atteinte. Nous recherchons donc le ou la futur(e) Head of Media pour nous aider à atteindre nos objectifs
Pour atteindre ses objectifs, **l'équipe Média devra**:
- Créer du contenu original à forte valeur ajoutée (divertissant, inspirant, instructif, activable) à partir de savoir interne et/ou externe
- Construire et mettre en exécution une stratégie méthodique, scalable et agressive en dupliquant les langues, les formats et les canaux. Il s agira d être meilleurs sur les canaux existants (Youtube, LinkedIn, webinaires, newsletter) et de développer de nouveaux canaux (Twitter, Tiktok, Insta, Facebook)
- Construire un flow pour communiquer à notre audience nos événements importants (offres, nouvelles fonctionnalités, webinaires) avec un objectif ici de conversion
L'équipe Media devra donc déployer des stratégies sur les différents canaux d'acquisition mais aussi chapoter la communication et l'image de marque dans son ensemble.
Son scope se situe donc sur toute la partie Awereness et Acquisition du funnel mais également sur une composante Activation-Rétention et Referral car la content factory apporte de la valeur à nos prospects ET à nos utilisateurs.
**Le Head Of Media aura pour mission**:
- De prendre le lead sur la création des contenus originaux, à très forte VA c est à dire les briques initiales de contenu qui seront repurposés
- D'organiser le process de création et repurposing de contenu
- De s'assurer que les parties prenantes internes et externes à l'équipe ont les bonnes informations et exécutent les tâches qui leur sont associées
- De manager les membres de l'équipe Média en assurant l'animation de l'équipe et le suivi individuel
En tant que Head of Media, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe SEO/SEA pour coordonner la strat de contenu et la communication sur les événements importants
**Le Profil idéal**:
Nous recherchons une personne organisée, rigoureuse et dotée d'ownership. Une personne qui pense qu'elle peut faire des choses incroyables, si on lui donne les bons outils, avec les bonnes personnes et le bon process
**Nous attendons un excellent niveau d'anglais oral et écrit (C1/C2).**
