**Job Purpose**
We are looking for a Legal intern for minimum 6 months. This is a local role, based in Zaventem.
Start date ASAP
- Conduct legal research on a variety of legal topics
- Updating standard contracts, analyzing, negotiating and drafting contracts and amendments
- Provide legal advice and training to operational staff
- Analysis and management of pre-litigation and litigation matters
- Legal administration
- Participate in the processing and follow-up of legal files
- GDPR
- Analysis of various marketing operations in Benelux
- Legal watch
**Requirements**:
- Ability to work in a legal environment
- High learning agility
- Discretion
- Organizational skills and thoroughness
- Ability to process information quickly
- Autonomy
**Profile**:
- Master’s Degree in Belgian Business Law or Contract Law.
- You have an experience in a company legal department and/or law firm, particularly in business law/contract law
- Fluency in English, French and Dutch (written and spoken) - other languages are an asset
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
