Airbus PROTECT rassemble des experts dans les métiers de la safety, de la cybersecurity et de la sustainability. Nous mettons notre expertise au service de notre propre groupe, Airbus, auprès de qui nous agissons en tant que partenaire privilégié, mais également au service de clients externes.

Vous intégrerez un service en charge de contribuer au support technique des utilisateurs finaux d'Airbus Helicopters dans le but de fiabiliser et sécuriser la flotte Airbus Helicopters et de réduire les coûts de maintenance.

Ces contributions pourront être dans les secteurs de la structure, des ensembles dynamiques, des équipements avioniques ou des systèmes véhicules (Fuel, ECS, train d'atterrissage).

Les objectifs sont de:
Répondre aux questions techniques des clients, des filiales, des représentants techniques, du centre de support client et des équipes Chefs de Produit

Recueillir les informations préliminaires à la suite des incidents et mener des enquêtes techniques

Rédiger, classer et suivre les In-Service Incident Report (ISIR)

Définir des actions conservatrices, promouvoir d'éventuelles actions correctives avec le Bureau d'Etudes

Rédiger des avis d'information sur la sécurité et les kits d'information officiels vers les clients (SB, ASB, EASB)

Soutenir la Navigabilité dans les discussions et négociations avec l'EASA.

Coopérer avec les équipes Fiabilité, Garanties, PBH, Réparations, DERH et RETEX pour détecter les principaux problèmes

Participer au Plan d'Amélioration Produit (PIP), aux enquêtes sur les équipements peu fiables et à l'évaluation des fournisseurs (SED)

Ecrire et approuver des réparations mineures

Participer à la collecte des données de maintenance opérationnelle

Vous êtes ingénieur en **Maintenance Aéronautique** ou à fort retour d'expérience dans les domaines de l'aéronautique

Vous avez de solides connaissances **techniques hélicoptères et une connaissance des conditions d'emploi est un plus**

Vous avez également de très bonne connaissance du **c**ontour Support**, notamment les programmes de **maintenance, procurabilité, DMC, outillages?.**

Vous avez de bonne connaissance du **contour BE** et notamment des **analyses de Maintenabilité**, tous systèmes embarqués sur hélicoptères.

Une connaissance du **site d'Airbus Helicopters** **de Marignane ainsi que des **compétences CATIA V5** sont un plus

Votre entourage vous décrit comme quelqu'un de **disponible et autonome, rigoureux, curieux et très motivé.**

Vous avez une bonne **capacité de réflexion** et excellent **esprit d'analyse**, **bonne expression orale** et **travail en équipe**
