Pour harmoniser les pratiques et le système de management associé pour tous ses organismes de certification et bureaux d’audits basés dans le Monde entier, Eurofins Food Assurance cherche un(e) Quality Manager.
**Description du poste**
Sous la responsabilité du Compliance Manager, au sein du Service Center d'Eurofins Food Assurance, vos principales missions seront:
- Réalisation d’audits internes (à distance ou sur place) des organismes de certification et bureaux d’audits
- Suivi des corrections et des actions correctives mises en place par les organismes de certification et bureaux d’audits suite aux audits internes ou externes, réclamations et non-conformités. Suivi des actions mises en place par l’équipe du Service Center.
- Suivi des communications techniques (communication sur tout évènement concernant Food Assurance, nouveautés concernant les référentiels de certification) à l’attention des organismes de certification et bureaux d’audits
- Définition et suivi des indicateurs de performance pour l’évaluation et l’amélioration continue.
- Gestion des compétences des auditeurs et du personnel technique en suppléance du Competence Manager.
**Qualifications** Profil**:
- Bac + 4 minimum dans le domaine de la biologie ou de la chimie et/ou de la Qualité. Diplôme dans le domaine de l’agroalimentaire serait un plus.
- Première expérience dans le domaine de la gestion de système qualité souhaitée.
- Connaissance des différents types d’audit (interne, seconde partie, tierce partie).
- Anglais courant impératif
- Rigueur, capacité de communication, qualité rédactionnelle (également en anglais) et aptitude à présenter des documents et des processus de façon claires.
- Aptitude à travailler avec des personnes de pays différents
- Pas de contre-indication pour effectuer des déplacements à l’international.
- La connaissance des normes de certifications (IFS, BRCGS, FSSC, etc.) et des normes d’accréditation seraient un plus.
