As a Social Dashboard Business analyst, you will become the “single source of truth” about the tracking of payroll impact of a dedicated project impacting Sephora strategic objectives.
Reporting to the C&B global team and dedicated to EME HR team, you will need to mobilize various skills to deliver, from leveraging the Sephora HR and controlling network to proposing and building comprehensive impact analysis, on a scope covering EME functions (Marketing, Merchandising, Digital, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, IT), along with most of EME markets (France, Italy, Iberia, Balkans, Poland & Czech Rep, Turkey, Nordics, Switzerland & Germany) especially in a strong collaboration with the EME Transformation Director.

**The opportunity**:

- ** Be the single reliable source in term of Payroll Cost/Budget for EME** full region by gathering information shared by the markets, analyzing and fine tuning these data to ensure that they are accurate. These data will be used to feed a live payroll database.
- ** Be the owner of tracking tools** (excel based), and improve them to be more robust and agile, e.g., guarantee one single source of truth, user-friendliness, quickness of analysis (e.g., live discussions with Sephora EME management), variety and specificity of dashboards.
- ** Gather inputs from HRDs and controlling community** across functions in EME region and markets, to build a comprehensive view of impact. In particular:

- Implement the relevant routines with HRDs and controlling to gather these inputs and share the results of analysis with them.
- Create and maintain a shared space for HRDs and controlling with org charts and any relevant analysis to ensure alignment around a single source of truth
- ** Analyze payroll impact, propose and deliver reports to Sephora EME top management** to build a comprehensive understanding of the transformation payroll impact
- ** Co-build and design with social controlling an integrated platform in Sephora systems** to enable a more agile and robust tracking with high reliability
- 5 to 7 years of experience in business analysis with demonstrated success
- Strong analytical skills, with an attention to details to ensure accuracy and quality of deliverables
- Impact orientation and experience in / or at the interface of controlling environments
- Ability to build and develop internal networks across various functions and geographies
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills in English and French to top management and business collaborators
- Solution orientation, analytical and problem-solving to provide thoughtful and innovate solutions to proactively address issues and problems as they arise
- Flexible and able to learn on the fly in a constantly evolving, fast-paced team environment and effectively cope with change
- Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively to achieve outcomes

- Master Degree or equivalent work experience
