As a key member of the Internal Control Department at Questel Group, you will work under the guidance of the Internal Control Manager. Your primary responsibilities will involve **supporting the implementation and management of third-party risk management framework, anti-bribery and corruption compliance, and CSR initiatives** (mainly during maternity leave coverage). You will also contribute to enhancing the overall compliance and internal control framework at the group level.
**Third-Party Risk Management**: assist in implementing a third-party risk management framework focused on international sanctions (e.g., EU, US OFAC, HM Treasury) and anti-bribery and corruption compliance:
- Analyze third parties (customers and suppliers) targeted by restrictive measures or with adverse media exposure, and present assessment results to the Internal Control Manager
- Maintain up-to-date third-party risk assessments
- Ensure communication of risk assessment results to the relevant teams
- Conduct regulatory watch on high risk jurisdictions and international sanctions, and update policies and procedures as needed
- Manage internal stakeholder requests
**Anti-Corruption Framework**: support the implementation of the anti-corruption framework in compliance with the Sapin 2 law and other applicable regulations:
- Assist in drafting and updating anti-corruption policies and procedures
- Implement anti-corruption training and communications across the organization
**CSR**: assist in implementing the CSR roadmap of the Group (mainly during maternity leave coverage)
- Assist in the implementation of the CSRD and prepare required documentation
- Address internal and external stakeholder requests related to the Group’s CSR framework
- Improve and update documents for assessments and certifications
**Internal Control and Compliance**: contribute to various projects and initiatives aimed at strengthening the compliance and internal control framework at the group level:
- Perform regulatory watch
- Prepare procedures to formalize accounting processes and roles
- Develop risk awareness raising communications
- Manage internal stakeholder request

- You have a Master’s degree in Compliance, Legal, Risk management, Finance or Audit with at least 2years of experience in a related field
- Solid level of English (oral and writing)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of compliance basics (KYC assessments)
- Experience in monitoring and analyzing changes in regulations affecting the company
- Ability to analyze data and present findings effectively
- Rigor/Autonomy/Organization
- Analytical skills and ability to synthesize information
