We aim to produce sustainable, affordable, high-capacity, longer-life batteries as a** cleaner alternative to current energy sources**. We create an R&D center and new state-of-the art facility in France (New Aquitaine), with gigafactories to be built in Hauts de France, Italy and Germany.

**Job description**:
**The overall job definition**:

- Identifying and evaluating trends and opportunities which contribute to the overall business objectives
- Providing guidance and support to senior executives in the decision making process
- Coordinating execution of decisions both internal and external

**In this position your Main Missions will be**:

- Support in the development and evolvement of an industrialization strategy which contributes to the overall business objectives taking into account key success factors such as regulatory compliance, incentive policies, market and technology trends
- Leading cross functional working groups
- Represent the department’s interests in initiatives such as disruptive production technology development projects
- Evaluate industry investments, innovation initiatives, and regulatory reforms in terms of their opportunities and risks for ACC
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders incl. shareholders, suppliers, government representatives to promote cooperation and consultancies
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends in HV cell / module production and assessments of their risks and opportunities
- Manage and coordinate feasibility studies and scenario analysis cross functionally and in collaboration with external participants such as shareholders and consultancies
- Prepare reports and recommendations for decision making processes for the ExCOM and Board
- Monitor the execution of strategic decisions within the aligned processes and procedures
- Ensure continuous development of methods and processes in line with the continuously evolving requirements for a sustainable industrialization strategy

**Profile**:
**Know How**
- Proven track record in conducting market analysis, market and political trends / opportunities
- Product and production knowledge in HV cells / modules / packs

**Experience**

Experience in project management the automotive industry (OEM, TIER X) supporting business development function

**Qualification**

Master’s degree in mechanical engineering, business administration, operations management or equivalent

**Key behaviours**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to relevant stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills and proven working experience in project management
- Excellent supplier-facing and internal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally
