**ASnapshot of Your Day**

Youwill be responsible for the overall business controlling function for the GasServices - Distributed Business in Egypt, working closely with the RegionalControlling team. In addition to day to day controlling and monitoringactivities, you will also be involved in a variety of activities in supportingthe financial planning and analysis, such as: annual budget and forecastplanning, month
- and year-end closing activities, and deviation analysis, etc. Costcenter and balance sheet controlling. You will be custodian of the financialdata and responsible for its integrity and completeness.

Youwill be contributing to the financial transparency and ensuring that theorganization is having the necessary information for decision making on hand.You will work closely with sales and execution teams and ensure absolute financialtransparency and timely reporting.

**Howyou’ll make an impact?**
- Prepare the local Budget & monthly forecast, ensure all financial tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Coordinate / guide all planning (budget and forecast) activities related to Hub and Country organizations and assure its completeness and accuracy
- Continuous review and analysis of actual data versus forecasted numbers for multiple business areas
- Prepare the variance analysis for each product line and business area and present to HUB controlling
- Review and analyze monthly actuals and SAP reports. Prepare management dashboards for review and reporting purposes
- Ensure tight controls around cost center costs and review and evaluate costs monthly
- Periodic review of the balance sheet accounts and ensure all balances are current and justified
- Ensure all headcount reporting, cost center setups are accurate
- Review and ensure all revenue, margin and costs are accurate and reported in the correct period
- Work closely with sales team to understand the order entry pipeline and ensure accurate forecast of sales data
- Ongoing optimization of processes to ensure rationalization potential, to optimize productivity, and to increase profit
- Forecasting & Reporting (Provide the inputs for assigned business for consolidation in overall forecasting for Sales, Gross margin and cash etc., provide delivery performance date to BE for evaluation, informing management in advance for any special impacts improvement / drop of expected business results, provide inputs for next year’s budget etc.)
- Continuous business improvement & stakeholder satisfaction: (Ensure continuous improvement of business through identifying areas for improvements and taking actions for improvements, attending lesson learnt meetings, implement lesson learnt in the upcoming orders/outages, ensure stakeholders satisfaction, using feedback for improvements)
- Work closely with execution team (technical and commercial) to understand the business situation, risks, etc. and ensure same is highlighted in forecast files
- Facilitate internal and external audits

**Whatyou bring?**
- Business Finance or Accounting Degree
- At least 3 - 5 years of experience in financial controlling
- Advance knowledge of Excel and SAP
- Self-motivated and able to work independently at a high quality standard
- Calculation methods / Finance Models
- Strong knowledge and concepts of accounting & reporting principles (US GAAP, IFRS)
- Extensive knowledge on financial data analysis (P&L, FCF & NCE)
- Strong personal drive to lead and accelerate the business growth together with smart perception of business needs of the company
- Strong communicator and can demonstrate good stakeholder management
- Strong Team player capability
