Dans le cadre du renforcement des compétences du Groupe en terme de Compliance, la Direction Ethique et compliance du Groupe Valeo souhaite revoir les compétences attendues et les jobs descriptions des postes directement ou fonctionnellement rattachés à la Direction Ethique et Compliance et les grilles ainsi que les critères de compétences Compliance des équipes de management des différentes fonctions de l’entreprise.
Votre rôle consistera, en collaboration avec le “Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer” et l’ “Effectiveness programs Director”, à définir et renforcer, sur la base de documents, de bases de données et de standard existants, les grilles de compétences Compliance et les descriptions des postes qui composent la direction Éthique et Compliance de Valeo.
Vous prendrez en charge le projet avec le livrable du package Grilles de Compétences et Descriptions de postes.
