Pour renforcer l'équipe support chez un de nos clients, je recherche un/une Project Manager infrastructure, qui interviendra sur différentes missions:
**Gérer des projets infrastructure**:
Recueillir et formaliser les besoins
Écrire les spécifications techniques et fonctionnelles
Planifier et organiser le projet (délais, charges, jalons)
Suivre l?avancement et communiquer sur les éventuels défis
Valider les projets réalisés et produire les bilans
Être le principal point de contact des parties prenantes et coordonner les équipes.
Partager vos connaissances techniques pour faire progresser l?équipe.
Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément tout en respectant les priorités et les délais.
**Adaptabilité**:
Réagir rapidement aux changements ou imprévus tout en restant performant.
S?adapter aux différentes méthodologies et contraintes des équipes.
**Communication claire et efficace**:
Savoir vulgariser des concepts techniques pour des interlocuteurs non-techniques.
Maintenir une communication fluide avec toutes les parties prenantes.
**Leadership**:
Inspirer confiance et fédérer les équipes autour des objectifs du projet.
Être force de proposition et prendre des décisions avec assurance.
**Résolution de problèmes**:
Identifier les points bloquants et proposer des solutions pragmatiques.
Faire preuve de créativité pour résoudre des situations complexes.
**Gestion du stress**:
Rester calme et professionnel face à des délais serrés ou des crises.
**Collaboration et esprit d?équipe**:
Travailler efficacement avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires et transversales.
Valoriser les contributions de chacun et favoriser une ambiance de travail positive.
**Éthique et confidentialité**:
Traiter les informations sensibles (comme les données personnelles ou techniques) avec une grande discrétion.
Rester à jour sur les évolutions technologiques et réglementaires (ex : RGPD).
**Esprit analytique et synthétique**:
Comprendre rapidement les besoins et structurer des informations complexes en solutions claires et exploitables.
