**The Head of Sales Partnerships EMEA Role**:
As a Head of Sales Partnerships EMEA, you will play a key role in driving new channel sales business by prospecting and closing new partners with a focus on Asset Management, Private Equity and Corporate solutions. Your role will focus on identifying and closing opportunities with Portfolio Management Systems (PMS), ESG reporting solutions, data integration platforms, due diligence systems, lead generation partners and data integrators.

You will work closely with our CEO and Head of Sales in each region to build and maintain a healthy pipeline of partners, dealing with the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract signatures.

You will learn how to promote advanced analytics and data solutions to high-level individuals (C-levels, heads of product etc.) and accompany the integration process to successfully integrate our data products into third-party platforms. You will also handle the day-to-day management of our network of partners.

You will be joining a rapidly expanding team early in its growth cycle, which means you will have an opportunity to shape the team’s culture.

Some occasional traveling can be expected.

**Key Activities**:
Your main duties and functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

- CRM Management and Prospection: Be responsible for a pool of cold and warm partnership leads. Research prospects, qualify them and help bring new leads by identifying opportunities. Manage prospects independently and conduct outreach campaigns with our Business Development team;
- Manage Sales Pipeline: Help convert leads from prospects to partners and be involved in the whole sales life-cycle from pitching to closing and contract signature.
- Manage partnerships to identify convert end-clients and create upsell opportunities.
- Marketing and Research: Occasionally assist the Marketing team update Sales & Marketing documents or conduct Market research studies for our Sales Strategy Research;
- Assist the global Sales Team in daily tasks: participate in business meetings and calls, help prepare meetings and assist in the negotiation and contractual phases, keep track of sales KPIs;
- Liaise with partners, help organize events and negotiate with providers. Participate in conferences, networking events and meetings;

**Desired Background and Skills**:
**Education**:

- Master’s degree in market finance or similar degree from Business/Engineering School preferred.

**Experience**:

- 3+ years of experience selling into financial institutions and liaising with decision makers. Experience in fintech preferred, selling financial data, software or financial products.

**Skills**:

- Knowledge in financial markets and strong appetite for Data Science and AI technologies;
- Organizational skills required to follow a structured sales process and track sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Go-getter attitude and proactive personality with a problem-solving attitude and strong autonomy;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. French is a plus. Capable of understanding client technical needs within financial institutions, and articulating cutting-edge technology and its value proposition;
- Self-motivated and ambitious, you are ready to go the extra mile to make a difference;
- Experience using CRM tools, as well as negotiating and closing large and complex licensing agreements;
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other relevant skills;
