Récompensée par deux trophées prestigieux lors de l'élection des « Voitures de l'année 2022 » et fournisseur de renom pour les grandes marques automobiles du marché, vous aurez l'opportunité de travailler dans un environnement innovant, en exploitant des outils à la pointe de la technologie.
En tant que Team Leader qualité rattaché à l'équipe de production, vous serez responsable de la gestion d'une équipe composée de 5 à 7 personnes. Vos missions engloberont les aspects suivants:
- Animer votre équipe pour atteindre les objectifs en matière de sécurité, qualité, coût et délai dans votre périmètre de responsabilité.
- Gérer de manière autonome, avec votre équipe d'analystes qualité, la validation des lots.
- Bloquer les livraisons en cas de non-conformité des produits.
- Organiser et planifier l'ajustement des effectifs en fonction des variations de charge.
- Définir des objectifs clairs pour vos collaborateurs et les motiver pour atteindre les résultats escomptés dans votre périmètre.
- Assurer l'accueil des nouveaux membres et organiser leurs formations.
- Favoriser le développement des compétences et la polyvalence au sein de votre équipe, participer à leurs évolutions de carrière, conduire les entretiens de développement et de performance.
- Prendre des décisions en matière d'habilitations, garantir que chaque collaborateur soit habilité à son poste.

Compétences requises:
- Connaissance des outils qualités et d'amélioran continu : AMDEC, 5P, PDCA

- Maîtrise des outils informatiques de bureautique (Excel, Word)

- Bac+2 ou équivalent spécialité mécanique, productique, maintenance ou automatisme.
