**Le poste**:
Nous sommes à la recherche d’un.e rockstar dans notre équipe **strategy and transformation**. En tant que **Product Operations Manager Junior**, tu es au cœur du développement de la stratégie et de la nouvelle offre HelloFresh Market. Tu es responsable de la gestion opérationnelle du projet au quotidien, en étant le point de contact privilégié de l’ensemble des équipes impliquées. Tu pilotes l'amélioration continue de ce produit hautement stratégique, en te nourissant de tests et des retours de nos clients.

**Ce que tu feras**:

- Construire, gérer et améliorer le processus opérationnel de HelloFresh Market en collaborant avec différentes fonctions (editing, procurement, recipe development) pour garantir l’efficacité opérationnelle de HelloFresh Market.
- Planifier l'assortiment de produits en fonction des niveaux de stock, des objectifs de vente et des indicateurs de performance.
- Gérer la mise en valeur de nos produits en ajoutant constamment de la valeur grâce à des stratégies de catégorisation, pricing, et de discounts, afin de stimuler l’adoption de nos produits.
- Collaborer avec l'équipe de branding pour concevoir et mettre en œuvre des projets à valeur ajoutée pour la visibilité de la gamme, tels que des projets de partenariats.
- Participer de manière ponctuelle aux projets de développement de HelloFresh Market avec des séances de brainstorming et de tests culinaires.
- Au moins 1 an d'expérience professionnelle dans le secteur FMCG, e-commerce, le conseil ou une entreprise en forte croissance T
- Tu étudies dans / es issu.e d’une top école d’ingénieur ou de commerce
- Tu as de solides compétences analytiques (Excel/G-sheets), une capacité démontrée à manipuler les donnees et automatiser les taches
- Des connaissances dans le secteur de la food sont un grand plus
- Tu es organisé.e et as la capacité de mener à bien plusieurs projets transversaux complexes
- Tu as de bonnes compétences en gestion sociale et des parties prenantes
- Tu as une approche proactive et axée sur les détails pour la résolution de problèmes
- Tu parles couramment français et maîtrises l’anglais à l’oral comme à l’écrit
