**Poste et missions**:
Au sein de Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB), vous rejoignez l’équipe Talent Pool Corporate, composée de 9 personnes, en tant qu'analyste.
Le Talent Pool Corporate a été créé en 2019 pour soutenir les originateurs seniors dans le marketing et l'exécution de transactions sur l'ensemble des métiers de l'Investment Banking (DCM, SECM, Capital Structure & Rating Advisory et Acquisition & Strategic Finance) auprès des clients corporate.
Au quotidien, vous avez pour missions de:
- Piloter la modélisation (construction de business plans complexes, réalisation de modèles d'acquisition et travaux de valorisation) ;
- Être en charge de l'analyse financière (analyse de la performance sur une base absolue et relative, compréhension du business model, du positionnement et de l'impact des conditions de marché, identification des problèmes éventuels) ;
- Préparer des présentations de documents marketing (pitch books, teasers), des présentations liées aux phases d'exécution (investor presentations, Information Memorandum etc.) ;
- Produire des études de marché (recherche d'informations publiques sur des entreprises et sur leurs marchés, rédaction de notes de synthèse sur les informations collectées, élaboration et maintenance de bases de données).
En tant qu’analyste au sein du Talent Pool Corporate, vous êtes directement impliqué dans les différentes phases des projets pour des clients et prospects de Natixis CIB, de l'origination au closing.

De formation supérieure, vous avez une première expérience réussie en tant qu'analyste financier au sein d'une CIB.
Vous maîtrisez:
- L'analyse financière ;
- La modélisation ;
- La production d'études de marché ;
- Les présentations et pitch clients ;
- Les techniques de corporate finance.
Vous avez un excellent relationnel, une très bonne capacité d’écoute, vous êtes:
- Capable de travailler sur différents projets avec plusieurs originateurs ;
- Capable de rendre des travaux d’excellente qualité et à aller chercher « l’extra mile » dans des délais parfois serrés ;
- Doté d'une excellente capacité à travailler en équipe.
Vous maîtrisez l’anglais avec un niveau B2.
