Samaya travaille avec passion à réinventer l’itinérance légère et à simplifier l’accès à la nuit en montagne, pour des expéditions en conditions extrêmes comme pour des expériences dans des lieux plus accessibles. Samaya a pour ambition de contribuer à créer les conditions de l’élévation de l’esprit. Cela commence par le cadre de travail de son équipe sur une surface de 1 000 m² à proximité du lac d’Annecy. Au sein du ‘Samaya High Camp’, Samaya rassemble de grands bureaux ouverts et modernes, un showroom, un atelier de prototypage et de production, un espace de recherche avec un laboratoire et des bancs d’essai, ainsi qu’une équipe jeune et dynamique toujours prête pour une sortie en montagne ou pour un moment convivial

**LE POSTE À POURVOIR**

Vous ferez partie intégrante de l’équipe R&D et serez en interaction avec l’ensemble des pôles de l’entreprise. Vos missions seront centrées sur le développement des produits et leur industrialisation. Vous vous concentrerez sur le développement des produits dédiés à la BU Défense & Sécurité (D&S), aux marchés professionnels (PRO) et aux nouvelles BU en construction (INNO).

Contribuer à la stratégie roadmap produits en lien avec la Direction
Assurer le benchmark des solutions existantes et la veille vis-à-vis de la concurrence
Participer aux projets d'innovation et de recherche
Concevoir et développer les produits dans le respect des process et de la vision RSE (design, CAO 2D & 3D, simulation, eBOM, prototypage), du cahier des charges et du planning (du brief produit jusqu'à l'industrialisation)
Organiser, réaliser et analyser les tests en laboratoire et sur le terrain (en interne et avec les forces armées / les professionnels pour faire évoluer les produits)
Assurer le lien technique entre les équipes de recherche Samaya et les forces armées / les professionnels
Assurer la relation avec l’usine et les partenaires (Tech Pack, BOM, négociation)
Apporter des solutions techniques à l’atelier dans le cadre du passage en production
Déployer et suivre les contrôles qualité pour la production

**LE PROFIL RECHERCHÉ**
- Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'une école d'ingénieur.
- Vous maîtrisez les outils de la suite Adobe et les logiciels de conception (plateforme 3D Expérience, Solidworks, Catia...).
- Passionné(e) de sports outdoor, vous avez une bonne connaissance de l’industrie outdoor et têxtile (design produit, production têxtile, matières techniques, modélisme...).
- Vous êtes à l'écoute des enjeux de Défense & Sécurité.
- Vous aimez travailler en équipe et avez des compétences en gestion de projet.
- Organisé(e) et rigoureux(se), vous aimez les choses bien faites.
- Vous êtes à l’aise en anglais professionnel.
