En tant que Senior Software Engineer chez Stryker, vous **dirigerez** les **activités** de **développement** de **logiciels**,** en vous concentrant sur la recherche et le développement de technologies pertinentes pour les produits médicaux, en étroite collaboration avec d'autres pour orienter la recherche fondamentale et le développement en accord avec les objectifs à long terme. Vous serez responsable de la rédaction et de l'approbation des manuscrits pour publication, tout en élaborant des stratégies pour garantir une réalisation efficace des objectifs scientifiques. Vous** **surveillerez** et **évaluerez** **également** **l'achèvement** des **tâches** et des **projets**,** tout en supervisant les activités interministérielles et les efforts de recherche. De plus, vous aurez un **rôle** crucial dans la **sélection** et le **développement** de **nouvelles** technologies** et compétences au sein de l'équipe. Ce poste clé au sein des divers services du site pourra à court terme évoluer sur un de poste de Tech Lead.

Télétravail : Hybride (2 à 3 jours sur site)
Vos missions principales (liste non-exhaustive):
- ** Superviser** la conception, **le développement et la validation de systèmes logiciels conformément aux normes de qualité et à l'architecture définie.
- Contribuer à **définir** **l'architecture** **logicielle** et les choix techniques en collaboration avec les pairs.
- Résoudre des problèmes complexes en analysant le code et en identifiant des solutions conformes aux exigences des composants et sous-systèmes.
- ** Évaluer** les **délais** et ressources nécessaires pour les projets de développement, de maintenance et d'amélioration logiciel.
- Gérer, générer et **examiner les documents **requis** avec les équipes **projet**, **en suivant les procédures qualité.
- Contribuer à la **livraison **en** temps voulu des **produits** **logiciels** en respectant les exigences techniques et clients.

Vos qualifications:
- Vous avez au moins **5 **ans** **d'exp**ér**ience** sur ce type de poste
- ** Anglais** courant**
- Expériences en architecture logicielle est appréciable
- Appétence en algorithmie
- Capacité ou appétence managériale
- Vous êtes proactif et faites preuve d'initiatives
