Nous recherchons un Billing and cash collection Project Manager H/F pour notre département Finance qui a pour mission d accompagner le développement d OVHcloud par le suivi de la performance, des prévisions, de la comptabilité et des relations avec nos prestataires tout en traduisant la vision stratégique en exercices budgétaires.
**#Missions**
Au sein de l équipe billing & revenue assurance, dont le périmètre couvre l ensemble du process order to cash:
- Pour des projets structurants, vous analysez les problématiques rencontrées sur l'ensemble du périmètre fonctionnel (facturation, encaissement, recouvrement, lutte contre la fraude, revenue assurance)
- Pour ces projets, vous recueillez et rédigez les expressions de besoins, et formalisez les process associés
- En lien avec les Product Owner vous planifiez, vous portez ces projets et vous vous assurez de leur appropriation
- Vous faites le lien entre les différentes équipes techniques et les équipes métier
- Vous mettez en place et pilotez, en cohérence avec les budgets alloués, ces projets d'amélioration sur l'ensemble de votre périmètre
- Vous mettez en œuvre une démarche d'amélioration continue des outils et des process

Profil recherché
**#Profil**
- De formation Bac +5, vous justifiez d'une expérience de min 5 ans en Billing & cash collection Project Management
- Vous maîtrisez le domaine fonctionnel de la facturation, du recouvrement et de la fraude
- Vous avez des compétences en gestion de projet (méthodologie, planification, communication) dans des environnements en constante évolution
- Vous maîtrisez l'anglais (niveau B2/C1) et le pack Office
- Vous êtes rigoureux.se, méthodique et organisé.e
- Doté d'un grand sens du service, vous avez à coeur d'avoir un impact positif sur vos interlocuteurs internes et/ou externes.
- Vous êtes ouvert sur le monde et travailler dans un contexte international est un critère important pour vous
- Vous êtes polyvalent, autonome et capable de travailler dans un environnement critique et challengeant
