We are seeking a Marketing professional to work for the Tetris Business Line and support the existing marketing team in the design & management of the local marketing plan
Reporting to the Marketing Director Work Dynamics, you will be responsible for the planning, delivery and measurement of marketing initiatives for the Tetris teams in France.
Your will promote Tetris as the leading design & build operator, working with client-facing teams to understand what our clients/prospects want, growth areas and client targets and translating them into marketing initiatives, working hand in hand with digital, Com, Finance, legal,
You will also work with EMEA strategic marketing team to deploy and localize global / regional campaigns in the market.
**Your key activities include among others**: Creating and promoting content (brochure, newsletter, white paper, studies,), building case studies with enhanced narratives, developing videos & testimonials, Organizing, participating, and hosting key events (relevant fairs & tradeshows, webinars,) building & activating 360 campaigns (PR, social media, paid media,) to boost Tetris awareness and generate leads, measuring initiatives ROI, developing sales materials and Managing Budget

Key Responsibilities
Become the key marketing spokesperson for Managing Directors within the Tetris teams in France. You will especially discuss with them key growth opportunities and contribute to the business with innovative ideas, high performing campaigns and lead generation programs.
Landing and adapting EMEA campaigns into local context; creating & overseeing campaigns that respond to local business needs.
Developing and implementing creative and result-oriented local marketing plans and actions while handling the budget in the smartest way possible.
Organizing key events and participating to relevant trade Fairs (MIPIM, SIMI,)
Monitor and measure the ROI of all marketing activities, prioritize actions accordingly
You have excellent skills in MS Office and specifically in powerpoint, along with a good knowledge of marketing automation & CRM tools
**Requirements**:
3-5 years’ experience in B2B marketing
Be based in Paris and speak & write fluently in French & English
Proven track record of designing & executing effective marketing campaigns
Valuable experience in working closely with sales teams
Ability to integrate global/EMEA campaigns with local initiatives and working in a matrix environment
Excellent writing & communication skills.
Strong Analytic skills coupled with creativity
Strong digital acumen (manage a website, social media) and capacity to read analytics and optimize marketing campaigns and initiatives accordingly (Google adwords, Linkedin ads, SEO )
Previous Experience with CRM (salesforce preferred) and marketing automation tools
Comfortable working in an environment of change with tight deadlines, in an international environment
