**Contexte**:
Tessan, start-up française spécialisée en télémédecine avec pour objectifs de lutte contre les déserts médicaux, se développe dans toute la France (avec près de 750 dispositifs déployés en moins de 4 ans, et ce n'est qu'un début ). Notre objectif ? Permettre à chaque français d'avoir accès à un médecin à moins de 25 minutes de chez lui. Pour cela, nous cherchons à être présent dans chaque région française et nous recrutons notre futur(e) Growth Marketing Manager (H/F) afin d'accélérer la génération de leads & de participer à notre croissance commerciale
**En collaboration directe avec votre Directeur Marketing, tu auras en charge les missions suivantes:
- Définir & compléter notre stratégie Growth
- A/B Testing : analyser nos différentes solutions, chercher des axes d'amélioration & les tester
- _-> participer à la gestion de campagnes dédiées à l’acquisition de nouveaux clients en relation avec l’Acquisition Manager_
- _-> concevoir & mettre en place des campagnes de content marketing pour stimuler l’engagement de la clientèle cible_
- _-> mettre en place des actions pour mieux référencer le site web de la société sur les moteurs de recherche_
- Automatisation des processus d’acquisition avec des “hacks” permettant d’attirer de nouveaux clients

- Notre** Growth Marketing Manager **(H/F)** idéal sera:
- Doté(e) de 5 ans d'expérience sur un poste similaire
- Expert des canaux d'acquisition, du growth hacking & du marketing
- Affinitaire du développement Web & Informatique & de l'automatisation
- Créatif, Innovant & Agile
- Aisance relationnelle & excellentes capacités rédactionnelles ️
**Rémunération & Avantages**:
- Rémunération fixe : 40K€-55K€ (selon profil)
- Rémunération variable : 10%-15% du fixe (sur objectifs).
