- Your missions:
This is a major adventure because the environmental and societal challenges are numerous. The group has defined a 5-year ‘_Sustainability 2026_‘ program to meet these challenges. We want to expand our ranks by finding our CSR referent and thus maximize our impact Your missions:
- Build- manage the key actions of the roadmap, coordinate cross-functional projects
- build the group’s CSR approach and strategy, in conjunction with the group’s management, functional and operational departments and subsidiaries
- Act- deploying our emissions reduction plan with the launch of the carbon footprint in France and then, from 2024, internationally;
- steering packaging projects with the supply chain teams (reuse, material substitution, etc.) or identifying circular innovations;
- participate in the development of our products by becoming the “eco-design/technical” reference;
- Communicate- formalize our policy by producing documents and supports related to the various projects (technical sheets, various presentations, reports, etc.);
- communicate our commitments internally and externally. Raise awareness and support employees in the appropriation of the company’s commitments:
- Leading and disseminating- lead CSR committees (preparation of materials, reports);
- manage and measure CSR performance (relevant management indicators);
- be the main contact for audits and support the sales teams for customer requests (calls for tender);
- carry out a continuous regulatory watch, in France and internationally.
- Your profile:
- You have a Master’s degree (university, engineering school with a CSR or eco-design specialization, for example) and 2 years of professional experience, ideally in a multi-site group environment;
- You are recognized for your genuine interest in the environment, and more specifically in issues related to climate change;
- You are familiar with project management and have strong analytical skills. You are recognized for your ability to communicate with people both internally and externally;
- International experience, a very good level of English is required.
