**Airbus Helicopters** recherche un **Data Based Maintenance (DBM) & support avionic manager **(f/h)** pour rejoindre le département support et service client basé à **Marignane, France**.

**Vos challenges**:
Vous rejoindrez l'équipe du programme de support (PSO), votre travail sera organisé en deux axes, un côté sur l'avionique et son utilisation dans les opérations et un côté sur l'induction des données avioniques pour gagner du crédit de maintenance, également connu sous le nom de maintenance basée sur les données.
Pour la partie avionique, vous serez intégré au sein de l'équipe en charge du concept de gestion des données avioniques pour soutenir les opérations des hélicoptères, en tenant compte du système avionique, de la connectivité de l'hélicoptère et des solutions numériques au sol. Cette équipe doit assurer la cohérence fonctionnelle du concept, des systèmes embarqués aux systèmes d'information des clients, c'est-à-dire maximiser la fiabilité, la disponibilité, la maintenabilité et la testabilité (RAMT), ainsi que le travail d'équipe transversal, du bureau d'études au front office de support. Au sein de cette équipe, vous serez responsable de la partie H160-B.
Pour le DBM, vous agissez en tant que point focal Support et Service Client pour tout sujet lié au service à la clientèle, en coopération avec le responsable DBM transversal. Vous veillez à ce que les produits et services générés pour et via le DBM simplifient la vie des clients tout en garantissant le maintien de la navigabilité.
De part et d'autre, vous veillez à ce que le support soit prêt à l'entrée en service, que ce soit au niveau de la flotte ou de la livraison de l'hélicoptère. Vous animez la préparation des parties prenantes internes (AH et filiales) et externes (opérateurs, centres de maintenance) autour de la continuité numérique des opérations.
**Au sein de l'équipe PSO, vous contribuerez au périmètre du segment avionique et sol H160-B pour**:
- Agir en tant que point focal du client (utilisateur final et autorité du contrat) pour les livrables contractuels S&S et soutenir les directions des ventes et du programme pour toute question liée aux questions contractuelles S&S.
- Superviser et coordonner les activités réalisées par les parties prenantes internes ('métiers') ou externes afin d'atteindre le 'on time & on quality' de tous les livrables contractuels de S&S.
- Définir et surveiller les indicateurs clés de performance contractuelle, diagnostiquer la situation, définir et superviser les plans d'action de redressement si nécessaire.
- Contrôler et surveiller les coûts (y compris les risques et les opportunités).
- Gérer les engagements financiers du contrat (assurer la réalisation des objectifs de chiffre d'affaires, de marge, de WOC, de trésorerie... en tant que responsable des profits et pertes, ou par délégation, y compris les risques et les opportunités).
- Développer un partenariat avec le client afin de soutenir et d'améliorer l'activité.
- Gérer les demandes de changement/propositions de produits avioniques et de solutions numériques au sol dans le cadre de la gestion du changement du programme H160 et participer aux études de faisabilité ;
