Warehouse & Logistics Manager

**MISSION**:
Warehouse & Logistics Manager will manage and oversee the work of a team of employees in warehousing, logistics, trade compliance and parts management. Responsible for all incoming and outgoing flows to ensure cost effective on-time delivery of products. Manage 3rd party logistics providers / customs clearance broker to ensure optimized flow and services. Ensure

compliance in related processes, activities, system transactions, documentation and operations.

**KEY MISSIONS & RESPONSABILITIES**
- Direct and oversee warehouse activities including incoming and outgoing flows/or intercompany supplies and purchased components, sub-assembly and finished goods to ensure the timely receipt/shipment of product and efficient utilization of facilities for storing & picking.
- Manage warehouse workflow and activities, proper storage, inventory accuracy, reports on product consumption cycle and action to reduce slow moving active inventory or obsolescence. Establish processes and controls for assigned inventories.
- Partner with planning/purchasing and production on parts. Ensure daily production schedule is executed per plan to avoid shortages
- Partner with operations and quality to establish processes, ensuring optimal loads and on-time processing of shipments and returns.
- Lead and coach staff to ensure all shipments are executed timely and meet relevant customs / trade compliance requirements. Anticipate potential risk and pro-actively resolve issues to meet shipment objectives. Work with colleagues from other entities within the Group to optimize transportation modes and maintain policies and procedures for logistics activities.
- Manage warehouse capacity, including warehouse design, equipment, storage solutions and work flows
- In charge of KPI for the department
- Collaborate with cross function teams on different projects.

**REQUIRED BACKGROUND**:

- Diploma in Supply Chain management
- Min 7years of experience in warehouse/ logistics
- Good knowledge of INCOTERMS
- Experience in people management
- Good knowledge of ERP (IFS if possible)
- Well organized, result oriented and team pleayer
- French and English are mandatory, German is a plus
