Descriptif du poste
- En tant que Talent Acquisition Specialist, vous serez rattaché à la direction des Ressources Humaines. Vous gérez en toute autonomie la chasse de talents et assurez le suivi RH des ressources de votre périmètre. Dans ce cadre, vos missions seront les suivantes:
- Analyser et appréhender les demandes de nos clients transmis par le service commercial
- Rédiger les annonces et en assurer le suivi
- Réaliser des dossiers techniques attractifs
- Suivre vos KPI
- Faire le suivi et la gestion RH de vos ressources (suivi administratif, évaluation, entretien annuel) sur votre périmètre
- Promouvoir la société en développant des relations extérieures (relations écoles, salons, forums, veille...)
Profil recherché
- De formation supérieure du type Bac+3 minimums en ressources humaines, vous justifiez d'une expérience d'au moins 3 ans à un poste similaire, idéalement acquise dans le secteur des agences de travail temporaire ou ESN.
Votre intérêt pour les nouvelles technologies ainsi que votre maîtrise des process RH et votre appétence commerciale seront des atouts pour réussir sur ce poste.
