Au sein de l'équipe SQPP (Scénario Qualité Performance Projet) de la DAFC LH (Direction des Activités Fin de Cycle), nous recherchons un Alternant(e) Support au Contrôle de Projet/COST (F/H)
CONTROLE DE PROJET:
- Gouvernance : s’assurer de la bonne organisation et de la bonne tenue des différentes instances de Gouvernance
- Réaliser les PACR associés à ces instances
- Assurer le classement documentaire des présentations/PACR des Instances de Gouvernance
- Assurer un suivi des Jalons opérationnels et critiques + Reporting associé
- Assurer le Reporting opérationnel du programme et son analyse, (RMO, CSOFC, )
- Assurer les missions ponctuelles confiées par le pôle SQPP (préparation COSOD, convergence avec les équipes de Tricastin, Reporting vers la BU )
- Assurer le parcours des nouveaux arrivants
COST:
- Assurer le suivi des coûts d’un périmètre
- Mettre en place & Suivre les coûts des opérations internes & externes (fournisseurs)
- Réaliser l’arrêté mensuel
- Actualisation trimestrielle des coûts à terminaison
- Etablir les demandes d’autorisation budgétaire
- Réaliser les différents exercices budgétaires (QB, Dossier de Suivi des Coûts Projet, ) pilotés par le contrôle de gestion
- Elaborer les demandes d’achats, demande d’offre, OS, sortie de stock et fiche de contrôle budgétaire
- Contribuer à l’établissement des rapports d’avancement mensuels & Revue de Gouvernance
