**Essential responsibilities and duties**:

- Support the improvement of the overall Division performance, with focus on critical plants.
- Following direction and assignments coming from Division FES&P Manager, he/she will participate and/or lead workshops and activities on the critical Plants across the Division, focusing on those areas and indicators that are part of the Plant/Division improvement priorities.
- He/she will also support the tracking and follow-up with the Plants, of their critical performance improvement action plans.
- According to his/her skills being progressively developed, provide FES expertise (HSE, Quality, EE, PC&L and Production system) based on 11 lean manufacturing principles to contribute to achieve operational business targets.
- In line with the Division FES deployment priorities, he/she will provide, according to the needs, FES knowledge and skills to the Plant and/or Division teams, through training, coaching and education.
- Working conjointly with Division and Plant HR, contribute to deploy EE principles and FES culture specially at UAP, Supervisors & GAP Leader level, as well as for the HR staff.
- Follow up of the Plant FES deployment plans, to support the Plant Improvement Plans (PIP) execution.
- Support the Division FES&P Manager on the FES&P network animation.
- Propose and promote best practices within the Plants. Elaborate (or collaborate to the elaboration) of new standards for the Division.
- Support and promote the organization of network animation events (such as meetings, workshops, convention )
- Support the execution and follow-up of training plans for the FES&P network members.

**Education Level**:

- Business Bachelor Degree or Engineering Degree
