**Opportunité de Carrière : Leader Classe et Certification - H/F**:
Notre entreprise, pionnière dans le **secteur naval et les technologies maritimes avancées**, est à la recherche d'un(e) **Leader Classe et Certification** engagé(e) et dynamique pour rejoindre notre équipe. **Présentation du Poste de Leader Classe et Certification**:
En tant que Leader Classe et Certification, vous jouerez un rôle central dans l'assurance de la conformité de nos navires et équipements maritimes aux normes internationales et réglementations. Vous serez le point d'articulation entre notre entreprise, les sociétés de classification et les instances de certification.
**Missions Principales**:
- Supervision du processus d'homologation et de certification des navires et équipements marins.
- Collaboration étroite avec les équipes d'ingénierie pour s'assurer de la conformité des conceptions et des systèmes aux standards internationaux.
- Gestion des relations avec les sociétés de classe et les organismes de certification.
- Participer au support des clarifications techniques entre les autorités de classification et de certification et les équipes engineering pour tout ce qui concerne les sujets Marine (structure, ancrage, règlementation et opération marines, système de ballast, coque, Class / Certification, système de Cargo, système de déchargement,) couverts par la Classification et la Certification.
- Mise à jour régulière des certifications et documentation technique liée aux standards de classe.
- Formation et sensibilisation des équipes aux exigences de certification et normes de classe.
**Profil Recherché**:
- Ingénieur Marine, Architecte naval, Ingénieur offshore
- Expérience confirmée dans le domaine de la certification ou de la classification maritime.
- Connaissance approfondie des normes internationales en matière de construction navale et de sécurité maritime.
- Excellente capacité de communication, à l'oral et à l'écrit, en français et en anglais.
- Aptitude à travailler en équipe et à coordonner avec divers interlocuteurs.
- Rigueur, précision et forte capacité d'organisation.
- Bosiet & MFC obligatoires.
- Pour les ressortissants étranger, une **autorisation de travail** ou un **passeport talent **est requis.
