Payroll Specialist

In this position, you will be responsible for payroll and personnel administration for a population. You will report to the Personnel Administration and Payroll Manager.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Providing payroll and personnel administration support to the HR community, managers and employees
- Checking payroll accuracy
- Preparing information and documents for external bodies
- Supporting other members of the local payroll team or shared expertise center
- Maintaining a high level of data quality and accuracy in HR systems

**Your background**:

- Minimum of 3 years' higher education in Human Resources
- At least 5 years' experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of French payroll/legislation essential
- Good computer skills
- Knowledge of SAP preferred (HR module)
- Knowledge of Decidium preferred
- Travel possible (rarely)
- Strong awareness of Health, Safety and Security rules: HSE is everyone's business
