**QUI ETES-VOUS ?**

Vous êtes diplômé d'un master en ingénierie ou en informatique ou en université, et vous avez une expérience significative dans la gestion d'équipe ?

Vous êtes capable de responsabiliser et de fédérer les employés autour d'objectifs clairs en agissant en tant que coach et servant leader : vous savez influencer celles et ceux qui vous entourent et faites toujours passer l'équipe en premier ("team first") ?
Vous avez des connaissances substantielles en matière de Software RTE (technologies, outils, processus, pratiques....) avec des notions d'IVVQ ?
Vous faites preuve d'une forte volonté d'amélioration continue et d'une capacité à développer une vision stratégique : vous êtes capable d'intégrer et même d'anticiper les différents éléments de votre environnement afin de guider l'équipe à travers les défis soulevés par la compétitivité ?
Vous savez adopter une approche de Lean Management et appliquer les principes Agile à la gestion et au développement de votre équipe, en mode Scrum et/ou Kanban ?

Vous souhaitez évoluer dans un environnement en "temps réel" avec des interactions entre des aspects techniques de "bas niveau", proches du matériel, et assurer le maintien des fonctionnalités de "haut niveau" attendues par la solution ?
Vous êtes prêt à travailler sur des dispositifs de petite ou grande taille, tels que des radars, des équipements de calculateurs embarqués, des cartes à puce et des objets connectés portables dédiés aux entreprises des télécommunications et de l'IOT, des mobiles...?
Vous avez l'âme d'un leader et êtes désireux d'engager et de développer votre équipe en favorisant le travail collaboratif et les approches stimulantes ?
Vous aimez partager vos connaissances et aider les gens à se développer, ce qui vous permet d'être reconnu comme un excellent mentor ?

**CE QUE NOUS POUVONS FAIRE ENSEMBLE**:
En tant que "Real Time & Embedded - Discipline Management Role" au sein de Thales, vous devrez:

- Prendre en charge l'adaptation et le déploiement des pratiques et outils de la discipline (y compris la digitalisation, l'automatisation, la gestion des données) à travers les projets et les produits
- Être responsable de l'adoption des nouvelles technologies
- Assurer la capitalisation et le partage des connaissances et des actifs (blocs de construction, modèles d'estimation des coûts, bonnes pratiques, etc.)
- Encourager l'amélioration continue basée sur l'analyse des causes profondes, la résolution de problèmes, le déploiement de nouvelles pratiques,...
- Gérer les ressources au sein de la discipline et assurer leur développement (gestion des compétences, coaching, développement de carrière, état d'esprit), l'adéquation avec les besoins attendus (qualité et quantité) au bon moment et l'affectation aux offres et projets
- Effectuer les revues techniques associées à la discipline sur les offres/produits et les projets
- Vous assurer que les "Operational Subject Matter Expertise Roles" consacrent une partie de leur temps à l'encadrement des ingénieur(e)s et à la formation des personnes aux activités liées à la discipline
