**Job description**

As **HRIS Analyst Apprentice**, you will contribute to analyzing, designing, and implementing HR technology solutions to support the organization's talent management objectives. Your contribution will be key for understanding HR processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and optimizing the integration between SuccessFactors modules to enhance overall HR efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
**SuccessFactors Run and Optimization**:

- Co-run activities and optimization of SuccessFactors modules, with a focus on Compensation, Recruiting, and Onboarding.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within SuccessFactors.
- Ensure run of internal team members surveys (via our group tool Qualtrics)

**Business Process Analysis**:

- Work closely with HR stakeholders to define business requirements and processes.
- Work to analyze HR processes, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Contribute to enhancements implementation and new features to improve the user experience.
- Co-work with third party provider to ensure good delivery.

**Requirements Gathering and Documentation**:

- Document business requirements, functional specifications, and use cases for SuccessFactors implementations and enhancements.
- Communicate requirements effectively to technical teams and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure technical requirements and specifications are valid and up to date.

**Testing and Quality Assurance**:

- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts to validate the functionality and performance of SuccessFactors configurations.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Understanding of HR processes, and practices
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with HR stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
